Job Title: Strategic Portfolio Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) specialist to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our SPM module.

This involves driving strategic alignment across portfolios, demand, resources, and projects to optimize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SPM modules for Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Agile Development
  • Create executive-level dashboards and reports to track project lifecycle, resource planning, and financial performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align SPM capabilities accordingly
  • Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules and external systems as needed
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow SPM. A solid understanding of project and portfolio management principles is essential. Proficiency in Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards within the SPM framework is required.

You should be skilled in configuring and customizing ServiceNow SPM modules and proficient in working with stakeholders to drive business value.

Preferred Qualifications:

A ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory for this role, while an SPM-specific certification would be advantageous.
