Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth. Utilize statistical models and forecasting techniques to inform business decisions. Collaborate with regional and global teams to combine web data, customer insights, and product data to improve assortment strategy and product activations. Drive projects and build business cases for new product categories, sales channels, and other business opportunities. Follow up on commercial initiatives across all channels and build strong cases for improvements in discount strategy leveraging web analytics, customer insights, sales, and cost data.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience in sales analysis, market research, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R). Excellent understanding of SEO and its impact on assortment strategy. Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. We are looking for someone with a diverse background who can bring fresh perspectives and challenge the status quo. Agile and adaptable, with an open-minded approach to embracing change. Highly analytical and data-driven, making strategic decisions based on insights. A genuine passion for the fashion market and customers, combined with a strong sense of salesmanship.
