Senior Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations Leader

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the setup and operation of our next-generation semiconductor manufacturing line. Your expertise in launching high-volume consumer electronics components and working with foundries or contract manufacturers will be instrumental in achieving key business objectives.

Key responsibilities include providing executive leadership to production, supply chain, and engineering teams, establishing and monitoring production metrics, and driving process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

You will work closely with Senior and Executive Management to ensure the Operations function meets strategic roadmaps and achieves key performance metrics, including delivery of commitments, financial revenue targets, and predictable shipped product quality.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 to 15 years of semiconductor wafer fab production experience, strong organizational and management skills, and experience in people and team management.
