Job Overview

SSEM provides flexible and cost-effective semiconductor fabrication solutions by maintaining a fully equipped cleanroom environment, 100% equipment automation, and proven wafer-manufacturing processes. We're looking for innovative people to join our manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals through efficient use of manpower, material, and machine in a hazardous-free working environment.
  • Plan, strategize, and monitor the movement of work-in-progress for maximum throughput, minimum idle time, and maintain line linearity.
  • Resolve and handle line-related issues, preventive maintenance, and understand all equipment capacities/constraints to identify, handle, and resolve bottleneck situations.
  • Mentor and train Manufacturing Leaders and Assistants to develop skills required for efficient MFG operations.
  • Execute improvement programs in manufacturing operations.
  • Facilitate and participate in quality, productivity, and cost reduction improvements.
  • Ensure safety, discipline, and housekeeping compliance by personnel and take actions on violators.
  • Ensure proper documentation and data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Preferably 1-3 years relevant wafer fab manufacturing experience. Candidates with no experience will be considered for junior roles with training provided.
  • Possess leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, team player, analytical, and planning skills.
