Senior Mechanical Systems Manager

Job Title
A Senior Mechanical Systems Manager is sought after to oversee the daily operations of various mechanical systems within a manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing cleanroom environments, HVAC systems, and building services.
- Ensure the continuous operation and optimal performance of key mechanical systems supporting wafer fabrication.
- Oversee Clean Room, Chillers, HVAC, Environmental Protection Systems, Process Utilities Supply Systems, and Building Services.
Maintenance Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and refining maintenance programs, performing timely repairs, and troubleshooting to maintain system functionality.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Building, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industries.
A proven track record in managing cleanroom environments and ACMV systems is essential. Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and engineering practices is also required.
