Senior Mechanical Systems Construction Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Mechanical Systems Construction Manager to lead the execution of large-scale mechanical construction programs.
- Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute mechanical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive construction strategies, incorporating extensive knowledge of multiple sub-functions including HVAC, process exhaust, water systems, and cleanroom infrastructure.
- Maintain technical oversight of design and implementation of wet and dry systems, ensuring seamless interfaces with process tools and facility infrastructure.
- Technical Requirements:
- Ensure all designs meet applicable codes and standards, including NFPA, FM, UBC, UFC, UMC, IBC, IMC, IFC, NEC.
- Engineer safety into all designs, maintaining compliance with company safety guidelines.
- Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and equipment commissioning.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical construction or program/project management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale mechanical infrastructure projects.
