Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization as a Training and Development Specialist.   • Manage training logistics and program coordination to ensure seamless execution and learner engagement.
  • Develop interactive and visually engaging learning materials using digital tools and platforms.
  • Design and implement blended learning curricula combining in-person instruction and digital learning strategies.
  • Maintain clear communication with participants and stakeholders to ensure training goals and learning outcomes are achieved.
