Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Incident Manager to join our Technology and Operations team at DBS Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical incidents that impact our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate incident response activities to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application support, infrastructure, and vendor teams, to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with bank standards.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management on incident resolution progress.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to prevent similar incidents in the future.
- Support the development and implementation of service quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in application support, infrastructure, or technical operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Linux, Windows, middleware, database, network, storage, and firewall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Good understanding of ITIL methodologies and service management principles.
