Job Summary

We are seeking a talented PCVD Metals Process Engineer to join our team.

About the Role
  • Develop, optimize and sustain PCVD metals deposition processes for advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and resolve technical issues.
  • Analyze process data, inline metrology and defect trends to identify opportunities for enhancement and ensure process stability.
  • Conduct structured problem-solving to resolve yield and performance issues using methodologies such as DOE, SPC and FMEA.
  • Support process transfer and qualification for new tools and technologies in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Work closely with equipment vendors to evaluate and implement new hardware and process capabilities.
  • Document experimental findings, develop best-known methods (BKMs) and present technical insights to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PhD in Materials Science or related field.
  • Strong foundation in thin-film deposition, plasma processes or semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. JMP, Python, MATLAB) and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
