Job Description

  The Housekeeping Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across the hotel. This dynamic individual will oversee a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

  Responsibilities include reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitoring safety protocols, and driving compliance with brand requirements. The successful candidate will also conduct regular inspections, address guest feedback, and implement service improvements to elevate the overall quality of service.

  Key performance indicators will focus on departmental expenses, inventory management, and manpower planning. A strong leadership approach is essential for hiring, training, coaching, and fostering a motivated and cohesive team environment.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in housekeeping management within a 5-star hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English language skills an advantage.
