We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Liaison to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and strategic thinking skills to drive customer success with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Act as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Support customers, providing expert guidance on AWS offerings and their integration into company strategies and architectures.
- Makes recommendations on how new AWS services can drive business value and optimize operational performance.
- Completes in-depth analysis and presents periodic reviews of operational performance to customers, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Provides detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and prelaunch planning to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:

- Strong technical expertise in AWS services, including architecture, deployment, and security.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team, driving results-oriented initiatives and fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and mentorship.
