Technical Account Liaison Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Liaison to join our team.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Support customers, providing expert guidance on AWS offerings and their integration into company strategies and architectures.
  • Makes recommendations on how new AWS services can drive business value and optimize operational performance.
  • Completes in-depth analysis and presents periodic reviews of operational performance to customers, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Provides detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and prelaunch planning to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:
