Interior Design Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client engagement, define project parameters, and manage all phases from concept through completion.
  • Direct the creation of design concepts, presentations, and finish boards; lead charrettes and oversee technical detailing.
  • Mentor junior designers, coordinate team workflows, and ensure high-quality, cohesive design documentation.
  • Oversee construction for design fidelity, manage FF&E specifications, and guide material selections.
  • Uphold design standards, ensure quality control, and help develop in-house policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential and commercial projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and a deep understanding of design principles and trends.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and teams effectively, with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Client Focus: Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to understand and meet diverse client needs and expectations.
  • Creativity: A high level of creativity and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for creating exceptional design experiences.
