Job Title: Programme Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of key programmes, coordinating corporate reporting and enhancing decision-making through effective data analysis.

This role involves liaising with stakeholders to gather information on training statistics, liaising with training providers on course application and course edit matters, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

The candidate should coordinate division inputs and generate statistics for corporate reporting, analysing quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.

Additionally, the candidate should develop and maintain dashboards to monitor programme outcomes, review and improve knowledge management processes, and oversee customer relationship management cases.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management and visualization tools, and experience with systems management and user acceptance testing.

Candidates are encouraged to apply if they have 3-5 years of experience in programme management, data analysis or stakeholder engagement.
