About the Role
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through prospecting, developing sales relationships, and building pipelines of potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in planning activities and formulating strategies, and be comfortable with cold calling and on-ground sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Determine prospective customers' need for payroll outsourcing, advisory, HR tools or employee handbook solutions
• Prepare and present proposals with close follow-ups throughout the sales process
• Close sales and maintain relationships with clients to determine needs for additional services or solutions
• Develop prospects through cold calling, tradeshows, referrals, door-to-door engagement and other relevant sources for sales prospecting
• Achieve agreed sales quota and expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1-3 years of relevant sales experience
• B2B sales experience
• Customer service orientation
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good time management
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle objections and unexpected situations that may arise in the sales process
