Aviation Recruitment Professional

The Student Recruitment Executive plays a pivotal role in maintaining continuous contact with prospective students, families, counsellors, and consultants throughout the application and admissions process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with prospective students across multiple communication channels to build relationships and answer queries about academic programs, admission criteria, financial aid, campus life, and more.
  • Supporting the Assistant Director for Student Recruitment in developing student recruitment marketing and outreach strategies, measuring progress, and providing reports to the team.
  • Leveraging CRM systems to maintain prospects and proactively reaching out to follow up on interest, monitor progress, and achieve established KPIs and demonstrate positive ROI on recruitment events.
  • Conducting campus tours for prospective students and families, showcasing university facilities and student life, as well as coordinating and participating in local and international student recruitment events.
  • Working closely with the Office of Admissions to monitor prospect progression and meet enrollment targets by converting leads into matriculations.
  • Managing and maintaining the accuracy and quantity of marketing and recruitment collateral, including banners, pamphlets, and posters.

Besides building relationships with potential students, this role also requires working closely with the internal teams like Marketing, Communications, and Operations to drive awareness about the institution.
