Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 10 years of experience in IT, with direct experience in a Banking IT Department. Strong experience in application development using any programming language, preferably Microsoft Access VBA, .NET, or C#, is essential. Additionally, solid understanding of Database and Server technologies, including SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell scripts, and SQL Server on Windows Server, is required. Team management skills, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, team-friendly personality are also necessary.

Preferred qualifications include experience working with Microsoft Access components (forms, queries, modules, tables, reports, macros).
