Job Title: Reservations Officer


As a Reservations Officer at Sofitel Singapore City Centre, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of hotel reservations and guest services. Your professional image and interpersonal skills will be essential in providing exceptional customer service, handling telephone enquiries and inputting reservations into the system with high accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle telephone enquiries and accept reservations, inputting them into the system efficiently
  • Provide concise information on hotel services and facilities to guests and callers
  • Work closely with Front Office and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude in liaising with guests and clients
  • Ensure accurate and efficient handling of reservations and guest information
  • Upsell and cross-sell room types and services to guests
  • Monitor delivery of promises and orders through Vouch and HotSos

Requirements:



  • Project a professional image at all times through personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and develop ambassadorial skills
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends
  • Organise time and work efficiently
  • Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as part of the job role
