Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Provide strategic management over a portfolio of clients to ensure timely and accurate filings and submissions.
  • Team Leadership: Achieve team and individual budgets, business plans, and performance objectives.
  • Team Development: Schedule, monitor, control, coach, train, and develop team members to ensure compliance with relevant governing laws.
  • Client Support: Work with external auditors to resolve accounting or tax-related issues for portfolio clients.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and file XBRL financial statements on behalf of clients.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Recognized degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, etc.).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience with a senior role.
  • Skills: Analytical, good interpersonal skills, and ability to handle challenges.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and accounting principles.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLookup and Pivot Table) and XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language).
