Lead the Change in Organisational Excellence and Innovation

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Associate of Organisation Excellence. This exciting opportunity will enable you to support the excellence initiatives within the organisation by driving the effective operation of its organisational goals and plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Planning and Strategic Management: Support the planning and documentation requirements for corporate planning areas, including annual corporate planning cycles, organisational performance analysis, and strategic communication.
  • Transformation and Innovation: Coordinate transformation initiatives to enhance the organisation's performance and growth, and assist in the coordination of innovation-related initiatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in supporting strategic planning and/or data analysis and corporate management.
  • Strong analytical skills in data analysis tools, experience in supporting innovation projects and workshops, and good understanding of innovation skills such as Design Thinking.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, and proactive with good managerial and organisational skills, and ability to collaborate and engage multiple stakeholders.
