Key Responsibilities- Hardware Maintenance and Repair: You will work as part of the Operations team to maintain and upkeep the data center infrastructure, including server rack installation, hardware break-fix on various components, and troubleshooting network issues.
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support: You will be the first line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues, working to resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- On-Call Duties and Shift Rotation: You will participate in on-call duties and will cover 24x7 shift rotation, ensuring that our data center infrastructure is always available and running smoothly.
