Asia Premier Banking Onboarding Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team at OCBC Bank in Singapore. This role is responsible for conducting both external and internal checks on clients, obtaining required information, and performing customer onboarding via non-face-to-face meetings or digital onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive client checks and verify documentation.
- Meet compliance and control standards set in the end-to-end onboarding process.
- Closely collaborate with other departments to resolve AML/KYC and regulatory matters related to client accounts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
This position requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in banking. Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in English, Chinese, and/or Bahasa language. A mature personality to handle affluent market segments is also essential.
The estimated salary for this role is around SGD $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
