Facilities Support Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting daily walkaround inspections of premises to identify and report safety hazards, defects, and non-compliance issues. They will also perform basic troubleshooting and minor repair works on building systems, including electrical and plumbing components.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure
  • Supervising contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Recording and maintaining accurate records of meter readings

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or cleaning industry

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Basic understanding of housekeeping services, waste management, and pest control operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for report preparation and documentation
