Job Title: Ambassador for Client Solutions

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance to clients on various relocation and immigration matters.

Your primary responsibilities will include meeting with prospective and existing clients to assess their requirements, communicating effectively to understand their needs, and providing consultation and guidance to help them achieve their visa application objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum Diploma Holder or Bachelor's Degree Holder.
  • Relevant working experience is preferred, with a minimum of 2-3 years.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • You must be customer-oriented and able to multi-task in managing through a portfolio of clients.
  • Ability to conduct independent research utilising a variety of sources.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work on own initiative.
  • Perform under stress and maintain confidentiality towards client information.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, maturity, and a proactive demeanour.
  • Recognize and solve routine problems, while being a team player.
