The Bar Team Lead role is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a supervisory position in a high-performing restaurant team.

Under the guidance of senior management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the bar area, including managing staff, inventory, and cash handling.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer service standards, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for bar staff, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, optimizing staffing levels to meet business demands.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and suggestions from team members.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
