Bartender Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic bartender to lead our team.

This exciting role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, crafting delicious drinks, and maintaining a spotless bar area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer requests.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, build rapport with guests, and ensure an outstanding dining experience.
  • Order Processing: Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
  • Identification: Check identification of customers to verify age requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and POS transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist.
  • Cocktail Knowledge: Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment.
  • Attitude: Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • RSACertification: Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Upscale Experience: Experience in upscale or craft cocktail bars.
  • Creative Approach: Creative approach to drink presentation and innovation.
