Are you a skilled and charismatic bartender with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving revenue growth through innovative beverage concepts?

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Bartender to join our team at a world-class luxury hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative beverage programs that exceed our guests' expectations.

As a Lead Bartender, you will:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and increase guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of bartenders, ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique and bespoke beverage experiences that complement our menu offerings.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 4 years of experience in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant, including 2 years in a leadership position.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Proficiency in F&B software and quality management systems.

Schedule & Hours:
This position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and holidays.
