Job Title: Workplace Health Promoter

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workplace Health Promoter to join our team. As a key member of our outreach department, you will play a crucial role in co-creating and implementing impactful health programmes with community, workplace, and grassroots partners.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION OF REGIONAL ON-GROUND STRATEGY
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL STAKEHOLDERS
  • PROGRAMME OPERATIONS, INNOVATION, AND EVALUATION

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders, including corporate networks, property owners, companies, grassroots leaders, and community partners. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, coordinating ground activations, and measuring impact through data-driven approaches.

As a Workplace Health Promoter, you will be working towards transforming local environments into enablers of good health. You will be part of a dynamic team that aims to empower residents in Singapore to attain optimal health, increase the quality and years of healthy life, and prevent illnesses, disability, and premature death.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree from a recognized university (e.g., Business Administration, Health-related disciplines) or a Master's in Public Health
  • Relevant experience in public health, health management, health sciences, health promotion/education, and/or community/workplace outreach
  • Good analytical and data management skills, including basic proficiency in data collection, analysis, and visualization tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written means
  • Ability to work well in teams and collaborate with various stakeholders
