Job Title: Strategic AI Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic AI Consultant to lead AI-driven consulting engagements for clients in financial services. As a key member of our team, you will oversee multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement AI solutions that transform analytics, automation, and value creation for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI strategies to address complex business challenges in payments and financial services.
  • Advance our AI capabilities through thought leadership and new service offerings.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and foster a collaborative AI community.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data-driven strategies with measurable outcomes, preferably in financial services or payments.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI, deploying end-to-end use cases with open-source LLM models.
  • Proven thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, or innovative AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations and translating complex AI concepts.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern project management practices.
  • Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and operational challenges faced by card issuers.
  • Experience managing teams and mentoring talent.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields; Master's preferred.
