Cardiovascular Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cardiovascular Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient-centered care in the Cardiovascular Lab/Cath Lab.
Responsibilities:- You will plan, provide and evaluate nursing care according to patient needs, cardiologist's orders and hospital policies.
- You will uphold hospital standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control.
- You will maintain open communication with Senior Nurse Manager/Nurse Manager/Cardiologist/Radiologist on patient condition, treatment/intervention and outcome.
- You will take proactive measures to ensure patient safety and report any incidents to Ward or Senior Nurse Manager/Nurse Manager-on-Call.
- You will work collaboratively with other Hospital Departments to provide holistic patient care.
- You will ensure accurate billing procedures.
- You should be a strong team player with excellent initiative, agility and perseverance.
- You should be able to provide patient care as part of a team.
- You should be willing to commit to a 5.5 work week and handle on-call duties when required.
- You should possess either a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of patients. They will need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
