We seek a Senior Legal Expert to manage day-to-day operations and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise the business on legal matters, especially corporate issues, negotiating contracts with collaborators and vendors.
  • Draft bespoke agreements for Sentient products and collaborations within the space.
  • Provide guidance on product development and compliance as well as corporate governance and operational best practices.
  • Develop contracting processes and workflows.
  • Manage outside counsel and maintain domain expertise.
  • Ensure compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Implement policies and manage record retention.
  • Support commercial and financial agreements.
