Our business is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to oversee Front of House operations, manage staff effectively, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations by managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to improve overall performance and enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and implement plans to boost sales, collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, share best practices, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records, adhere to health and safety protocols, and participate in ongoing training and development.
- Ambitious and results-driven individual with excellent leadership skills, able to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with front-of-house operations, including customer service, team management, and sales techniques.
