About Our Team
">We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Corporate Communications team as an Assistant Manager.
About the Role">This is a pivotal position that involves managing our employer brand and employee communications. You will be responsible for shaping and promoting our company's employer brand, and ensuring effective, engaging communications with our employees.
Main Responsibilities">- Manage and maintain internal communication platforms such as Company Updates and Intranet to ensure effective dissemination of information.
- Design and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Plan, organise, and coordinate company townhalls to ensure effective communication between leadership and employees and partnering with relevant teams to develop content and agendas that align with company goals and employee interests.
- Create compelling, shareable content and campaigns for various platforms, including social media, career websites, and employee portals that represents what it's like to work at our organisation.
- Develop and deliver external recruitment messaging and engagement opportunities.
- Support stakeholder engagement to deliver effective communications across the organisation.
- Work closely with corporate communications and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand voice.
