Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and gather valuable insights online to provide strong support for your teammates and elevate project outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure all creative deliverables align with client expectations and project briefs, exceeding standards wherever possible.
• Develop clear, actionable project timelines, monitor progress diligently, and ensure key deadlines are consistently met.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and manage time effectively, demonstrating excellent written communication skills.
• Strive to be an exceptional wordsmith, mastering various tonalities and adapting messaging to suit diverse contexts.
• Take charge of organising, supporting, and streamlining administrative tasks to keep project management processes efficient and effective.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Internship experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Social Media Management, Art & Design, or a related field.
• Passionate about project management and creativity.
• Self-starter, independent, curious, confident, positive, and enthusiastic team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time and tasks efficiently.
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software. Interest in digital programming is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
