About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Sales and Service Expert to join our team at ACAD Pte Ltd. As a Sales and Service Expert, you will be responsible for following up on sales inquiries from potential customers received through website chats, emails, and inbound calls. You will actively pursue and qualify new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma / NITEC in Engineering field and BIM related experience will have an added advantage. Experience in ArchiCAD or Revit is preferred. Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
