Job Description:

Persolkelly is seeking a highly skilled Financial Assistant to join our team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for delivering Source to Settle (STS) and Order to Cash (OTC) services, primarily focusing on APAC markets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and different cultures. Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Handle STS & OTC processes in a professional manner
- Follow up and resolve outstanding items and exceptions in a timely basis
- Contribute to the definition of service standards and continuous management of service level agreements with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Ensure financial records are in compliance with GAAP

Requirements:
- 3+ years working experience in financial shared services
- Accounting/Finance/Business degree or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
