Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in application management, delivery management or project management.
  • Proven expertise in aligning business goals with IT solutions and strategizing evolution of IT solutions.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, including leading workshops, conducting interviews and facilitating discussions with both business and technical teams.
  • Able to define and manage project scope, timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Experience in risk management and change management, with the ability to manage project risks and changes effectively.
  • Deep understanding of software development life cycle phases, software development best practices and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
  • Proficiency in managing application support activities, good knowledge of incident management and technical troubleshooting practices.
