Student Onboarding and Campus Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Student Onboarding and Campus Safety initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging student onboarding programs for SUSS students, including international and postgraduate students.

You will also be responsible for managing campus safety initiatives, including being the lead person to manage student conduct. Additionally, you will coach and mentor students in various student life programs, review and evaluate their effectiveness, and develop strategic partnerships with external organizations and alumni.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong coordination, administrative, and organizational abilities. You should be intellectually inquisitive and have a good awareness of current and global affairs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver student onboarding programs for SUSS students
  • Manage campus safety initiatives, including student conduct
  • Coach and mentor students in various student life programs
  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of student life programs
  • Develop strategic partnerships with external organizations and alumni

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Experience in student development and people development is useful
  • Team player with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently with a strong eye for detail
  • Strong coordination, administrative, and organizational skills
  • Intellectually inquisitive with a good awareness of current and global affairs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
