What You Will Do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our dormitories, ensuring a high level of service to our residents. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and manage dormitory operations in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with government agencies to develop and implement a robust pandemic and crisis response plan.
  • Lead an in-house maintenance team in facility management, security and crisis management.
  • Develop and implement a quality assurance program to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including occupancy rates and bed rates.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to improve occupancy rates and income streams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government and non-government agencies to promote the interests of our company.
