Role Overview

As a Fragrance Development Manager at EUROFRAGANCE ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for leading Fragrance Development projects for cross-category and delivering winning fragrances in Singapore. This role requires a strong understanding of olfactive knowledge in Consumer fragrance in SEA Market and the ability to work closely with the Account Manager & Marketing team on client meetings and events.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead Fragrance Development projects for cross-category and deliver winning fragrances in Singapore
• Work on cross-category for SEA Market (South East Asia)
• Lead projects and coordinate with other departments on specific needs on briefs: Perfumers, Sales Application, Marketing, ITM (Innovation to Market) and Regulatory
• Build on internal fragrance collection for specific markets
• Participate actively in the FDM Academy plan
• Collaborate internally with the global company resources to achieve best in class results in fastest time
• Strengthen strategic partnership with clients through trends presentation, providing olfactive trainings and contributing to their olfactive development

Requirements

• Degree in related discipline
• 4-8 years of relevant experience
• Olfactive knowledge in Consumer fragrance in SEA Market
• High availability to travel
