Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team at ANRADUS PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing broad HR strategies, initiatives, and standard procedures to support the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy and Implementation: Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and standard procedures to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Engage in a range of HR tasks, including hiring, managing salaries, overseeing employee benefits, evaluating performance, and fostering employee growth.
  • Employee Relations and Communications: Communicate with labour unions and address staff-related issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Produce reports relating to staffing needs and recruitment activities, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Administrative and Office Duties: Oversee the administrative and office duties within the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage work permit processes, stay in line with Ministry of Manpower rules, and handle the processes related to purchasing and processing payments through SAP.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant HR experience or related.
  • Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of payroll processes, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
