Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee management, work pass renewals, and more. Additionally, you will provide support to company directors with personal matters such as PR applications and assist with administrative duties, including travel bookings and managing corporate secretarial matters.


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR duties.

• Post job advertisements, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and assist with recruitment decision-making

• Oversee the onboarding process, including preparing contracts, conducting orientation, and monitoring probationary performance

• Leave and benefit claims administration

• Assist with the application and renewal of Employment Passes (EP), monitor work pass expiration dates and handle timely renewals

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, IR21, IR8A

• Timely submission of Government Survey

• Submission and monitoring of statutory claims such as NS make-up pay, government paid leave and so on.

• Assist the company’s Director with personal matters, such as applying for Singapore PR

• Handle travel arrangements for the team, including flight bookings, hotel reservations

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases

• Act as the point of contact with the company’s corporate secretary for filings, document management, and compliance. Manage corporate secretarial documents, filing, and initiate electronic signatures

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with comprehensive knowledge of full-spectrum HR functions

• Familiar with Singapore labour laws and immigration policies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling complex matters independently

• Bilingual
