Job Title

Technician/Senior Technician

Job Description:

  • Execute daily routine, periodic and preventive maintenance for hotel buildings, facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure a high level of workmanship in line with the hotel's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Attend to all maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and ensure efficient energy consumption.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for internal and external guests.
  • Possess a passion for service and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Senior Technician role (for candidates with 5 years' relevant experience): Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules, solicit quotations from contractors and delegate and supervise engineering projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NTC 3 / NTC 2 / Industrial Technician Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1 – 5 years of relevant working experience in the Hospitality industry.
  • Candidate with Electrical worker license will be advantageous.
  • Able to do shift work (3 shifts/ 5 day work week including weekends).
  • Candidates with hotel experience will be preferred.
