Digital Innovation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Digital Transformation Engineer to join our organization. As a key player in driving digital innovation, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and innovation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and deploy digital technologies and automation solutions in a contract manufacturing environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • SUPPORTING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVES
  • DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING DASHBOARDS AND AUTOMATION TOOLS
  • RESEARCHING AND EVALUATING EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES
  • DEVELOPING SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE SOLUTIONS
  • PARTICIPATING IN FULL-CYCLE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
  • COLLABORATING WITH INTERNAL TEAMS AND EXTERNAL VENDORS
  • ENSURING DIGITAL SOLUTIONS ARE SECURE AND COMPLIANT
  • PROVIDING TECHNICAL CONSULTING AND USER TRAINING

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, RPA, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, and Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel VBA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in project execution, including documentation, testing, and user training
