Process Engineer Role

As a process engineer professional, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and optimize manufacturing processes. Your expertise in process improvement and problem-solving will enable you to analyze complex technical information and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Early involvement in product development and launch activities.
  • Interpretation of technical documents, drawings, and data to inform manufacturing processes.
  • Creation of Bill of Materials structures and manufacturing Work Instructions.
  • Collaboration with production, quality assurance, and program management teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Analysis of process cycle times and identification of opportunities for improvement.
  • Providing technical support to production teams on manufacturing process and quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any Engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or Industrial).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering, preferably with wire or cable harness knowledge.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Knowledge of Solid Edge or SolidWorks is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
