Are you a skilled welder looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Welding Foreman to join our team
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in welding, with a strong focus on safety and quality. They will be responsible for leading a team of welders, planning and coordinating welding activities, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.

About the Role
- Lead a team of welders and coordinate welding activities
- Plan and prepare for welding projects, including creating schedules and resource allocations
- Ensure that all welding is done in accordance with approved procedures and regulations
- Conduct daily tool box meetings and ensure that all tools are maintained in good working condition
- Identify and report any safety hazards or incidents
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality work
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a welder
- Strong knowledge of welding procedures and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
