The Compliance Executive plays a pivotal role in conducting comprehensive screening and due diligence reviews for both prospects and referral partners. This entails ongoing monitoring of existing clients to guarantee adherence to all relevant regulations, internal policies, and external requirements.

In addition to these responsibilities, the role involves developing and enhancing the Compliance framework within the company. This includes ensuring alignment with balanced scorecard requirements, tracking Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training hours, preparing compliance reports, assessing Outsourced Service Providers, and addressing compliance-related queries from staff members.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field">
  • Minimum 3 years of compliance experience in the financial services or insurance industry">
  • Meticulous, good analytical, and problem-solving skills">
  • Familiarity with Financial Advisers Act (FAA), Insurance Act, MAS Notices/Guidelines, or Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework is an added advantage">
