Community Programs Lead

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive the success of our community programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing structure, story, and soul into every program.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organized individual who loves working with children, families, and community members.

The Community Programs Lead will play a crucial role in supporting and scaling our weekly kids programs, seasonal events, and growing community of parents and youth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for uploading class briefs to coaches, tracking student progression, and capturing feedback from both kids and parents.

Additionally, this role will involve coordinating kids holiday programs, parties, and showcases, as well as assisting in planning and executing public-facing events like the Ninja League.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support the growth and development of our community programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and programs.
  • Manage registration, parent communications, clan sorting, and obstacle flow.
  • Contribute to clan storyline activations and interactive zones.

Growth Pathway:

  • This role can grow into a leadership position such as Head of Kids Program Development or Community Director.
