Job Title: Sports Administrator Manager

Sports Administration Manager will be part of a journey to support the vision for the next bound to build new capabilities for high performance sport and better integrate our programmes/policies to strengthen support for youth to senior athletes, and youth-to-senior transition.

The role involves coordinating grant disbursement processes and monitoring systems while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and audit management on grantees.

Broad areas of responsibilities for the portfolio include:
  • Support the implementation and execution of grant schemes targeting TeamSG athletes and NSAs. This involves end to end workflow from approvals to disbursements and audit management.
  • Support the review of grant disbursements to TeamSG athletes and NSAs.
  • Manage and facilitate stakeholders' engagements and meetings.
  • Support the appointed vendor for the yearly audits on grantees
  • Manage audit queries from stakeholders
  • Any additional projects as assigned by Team Lead.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community.

This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.

  • Background in business administration, accountancy, finance or equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in grant management, governance and controls or audit management
  • Meticulous mindset with outstanding attention to detail and strong numerical competency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel skills including pivot tables, advance formulas and data analysis tools.
  • Good project management and facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a good team player

The level of offer will be commensurate with the applicant's experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract in the first instance.
