The Role of a Maintenance Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in the planning, preparation, and monitoring of infrastructure maintenance programs and project schedules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement infrastructure maintenance programs and project schedules to ensure timely completion and minimize disruptions.
  • Coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance/project works and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Draft contract specifications for maintenance/project works, taking into account the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.
  • Liaise with government agencies on civil and marine-related issues to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • A diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building, or Facility Management is essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with BIM, Power BI, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is highly advantageous.

  • Troubleshooting: Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • BIM: Utilize Building Information Modeling to optimize building design and construction.

  • Building Services: Manage the installation, operation, and maintenance of building services such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Technical Architecture: Design and implement technical solutions to support business operations.
  • Civil Engineering: Apply engineering principles to design, build, and maintain infrastructure projects.
  • Electrical Engineering: Install, operate, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
  • Mechanical Engineering: Design, install, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the management of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
