Sales-Driven Space Planner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Sales-driven Space Planner to fulfill this key role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, persistent, and highly driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

  • Handle sales inquiries and provide proposals and advice on space planning and design concepts.
  • Source products and materials to support concept development.
  • Present conceptual layouts and designs to customers.
  • Prepare quotations based on final designs and present to customers.
  • Coordinate renovation works and provide site supervision.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to complete projects.
